Tomorrow I turn 18. I'll now be able to buy alcohol, smokes, and other adult related items. None of which I consume, or wish to consume. Oh yeah, I can go clubbing too. Oh wait, that goes in the "stuff I'll never do" column. Haha, what I do plan to do though, is sign up on some dating sites. God damn that's going to be funny. I can't wait to see how many people are willing to lower their standards, and the different ways women say they're not interested. I'm sure I'll get a few "%$#^ off, you're ugly!"'s. It'll be just like Schoolies 03.

I'm thinking of doing some reviews tonight too, but I'm not sure if I'll have time. Apparently I'm meant to be doing some kind of assignment that's due tomorrow, but hey, we'll see. Anyways, I'll do the reviews on the games Dawn of War, Doom 3 and of course, Unreal Tournament 2004. As well as that, I'll do a few CD reviews from Disturbed, Static X and System of a Down. Maybe a few more if you're lucky. And finally, to add some content to my site, I might finally get around to adding a few movies, funny pics, and whatnot. Meh, I'll do an update when it's on. Oh yeah, if anyone wants a review of something, contact me with your request and I'll see what I can do.

But yeah, getting back to the whole assignment thing. It's an Employment Relations assignment on the case study my mate and myself apparently have researched and done. Yeah, we did the interviews but did we do any of the background reading we were supposed to do prior? Hell no! Should be interesting to contruct 2000 words in a few hours, between the two of us. I'm sure we can pull off something. Have a good one.

.: Holy Crap, I did some Content! :. -[ 6th of October, 2004 ]-

You heard correctly. I finally got around to doing some content for the site. It came out of being so damn impressed with a CD actually. Reise, Reise by Rammstein is the one, and it has to be one of the best CD's I've ever listened to. No crap, all great tracks, even though some are better then others. If you're into that kind of music, I highly recommend you read my review on it, even if it is a bit biased. Usually I'm not impressed with an entire CD, and I'm never impressed with a CD as much as I am with this one. Oh yeah, I still hate Uni. One of my teachers gave me a crap mark for what I thought wasn't too bad of a project. Ahh well, shit happens. Read my damn review.

Oh yeah, good on the team who won the X Prize, with the creation of SpaceShipOne. Excellent work there guys and gals, now it won't be long until Sir Branson has complete ownage of the space around Earth too. But seriously, good work, that was quite a challenge, and it just goes to show how far humans can go, with a little financial backing.

.: Uni sucks :. -[ 3rd of October, 2004 ]-

For those of you who know of the joy of uni, you'll know this post was coming sooner or later. I hate uni. Sure, I'm learning something about something, but it costs me $3000 for three months of the bullshit. How crap is that. Not only that, but some of my lecturers have the nerve to refuse to tell us things in some classes, in which we have ample time, but insist we come to a tutorial at fricken 8pm till 9pm. And they wonder why the attendance for that class sucks as much as a $2 hooker.

Hmmm, barbeques are becoming somewhat standard in my little group. We've had two of them within the last week, and yeah, considering that's not the most popular thing to do these days as a youngin, and we're currently alive, I think that's quite amazing. They're not bad at all actually, so if you want to join in on one of them, especially if you're a hot chick, look at the events topic in the forums. Surely there'll be a thread or two in there devoted to our goings on. And yeah, we do discuss everything there.

Playing pool is quite good, even in a public place. Sure we could have played at home, on my new pool table last night, but bugger that, we like making asses of ourselves in public. We went to Super 8 Entertainment Centre on Kessels Road last night, which is near Garden City, and did it there. After that we went to Maccas and went car yard hopping. Yep, I sure lead an interesting life.

Gah, it's 8pm and I'm meant to be doing some god forsaken assignments tonight. Ahh well, the assignments will get done eventually I suppose. Oh yeah, all the previous news items went to the archive, which can be found on the content page. If anyone needs anything, give me a yell. Have fun.
